We want every homeowner who reaches out to Peterwait Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
We still want to hear from you. Feedback about providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Peterwait Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make choices for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in California.
Email contact@peterwait.property and include:
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
