Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to how you use peterwait.property and the referral service Peterwait Pest Control offers through it. When you use the site, phone the number on it or send in a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Do

Peterwait Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not spray or apply pesticides, treat termites, remove animals or do any other pest work. We are also not part of any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Are Independent

The providers you reach are separate businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, prices, products, scheduling, workmanship, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or direct them. We make no promise about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask to see proof of license and insurance, and get a written estimate.

General Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, health or financial advice, and it says nothing about whether a product is safe. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Always confirm details with a qualified provider.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us, and use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs or try to get into it without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@peterwait.property.

Ownership of Content

The words and design of this site belong to Peterwait Pest Control or those who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Liability

As far as the law allows, Peterwait Pest Control is not responsible for loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services or products, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
